Privacy policy
FrançaisBonmorrow provides enquiry pages to cleaning businesses. On a live website, the selected business receives your request so it can respond. The interactive preview and requests to install Bonmorrow are described below.
What we collect
An enquiry can include your name, phone or email, preferred contact method and callback time, postal code and requested service. You may add details about your home or business premises, company name, preferred frequency and date, specific needs and photos. The cleaning business can add private notes, a discussed price, a status and a follow-up date. A request to install Bonmorrow includes the contact’s name, company, an email address or mobile number and an optional message.
Why
These details help the business prepare a response, contact you about cleaning and keep track of the conversation. Private notes and follow-up dates are internal records: saving a date does not trigger an automatic reminder. Installation requests go to Bonmorrow. No resale or advertising use. Only use fictional contact details in demonstration forms.
Storage and access
Requests are saved in this installation’s database; photos are kept in its file storage. Live records are accessible to the relevant business and the authorised administrator. When an email notification is configured, the details needed for that notice are passed to the email delivery service. In the interactive preview, each test has its own private access to its record and follow-up workspace; no other visitor’s records are displayed and no calls, texts or emails are sent.
